Shipping Partner
We have partnered with Shiprocket (https://www.shiprocket.in/) for all our shipping and delivery needs. Delivery timelines and service availability depend on the location, courier coverage, and conditions provided by Shiprocket.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges is free throughout the India. But you will get additional discount for prepaid order.
Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after the order confirmation.
- During peak seasons, sales, or festivals, processing may take slightly longer.
- You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–6 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, courier issues, or unforeseen events.

Currently, we only ship within India. For international orders, please contact us directly at support@kanthastitch.in.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please email us at support@kanthastitch.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Order Modification
We currently do not support modifications (like changing product, address, etc.) after the order is placed. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Return & Refund Policy
Each product at kanthastitch.in is handmade with care and precision. Slight variations are natural and are a hallmark of handcrafted textiles.
Returns and Exchanges
- We do not offer returns for reasons like change of mind, color mismatch due to screen differences, or slight variations in handwork.
- However, in case of a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a return. As all the products are unique in its nature, no replacement or exchanges will be possible. Your money will be fully refunded.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue via email to support@kanthastitch.in.
Return Process
- Email us at support@kanthastitch.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and evidence.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup via Shiprocket (where serviceable).
- In unserviceable areas, you may be requested to self-ship the item, and we will reimburse the shipping cost (up to a reasonable limit).
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- If paid via COD (if applicable), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased during sales or promotions
- Custom orders or altered items
- Gift cards or vouchers (if offered)
