Kanthastitch Reseller Program-Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 2nd February 2026

I appreciate your interest in joining the KanthaStitch Reseller Program. By registering, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure transparency, trust, and mutual benefit for all participants.

1. Eligibility to Register as a Reseller

  • You must be an Indian citizen aged 18 years or above.
  • You must complete the Reseller Registration Form on kanthastitch.in with accurate and verifiable information.
  • To be eligible for monetary commissions, you are required to submit the following documents:
    • A copy of your Aadhaar Card
    • A copy of your PAN Card
    • A recent passport-size photograph
    • Your bank account details (account holder name, account number, IFSC code)

All documents will be stored securely and used solely for verification and commission processing purposes.

2. Reseller Code and Commission Structure

  • Upon approval, each reseller will be issued a unique reseller code, also called coupon code.
  • You may share this coupon code with potential buyers via your personal or social media channels.
  • When a buyer uses your coupon code during checkout, they will receive a discount on their purchase (percentage/fixed amount).
  • You will earn a commission on each successful purchase made using your reseller code. The commission percentage or structure will be informed to you in writing during onboarding.

3. Commission Payouts

  • Commissions will be calculated monthly and paid out between the 5th and 10th of the following month and after return due date.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer to the account details provided during registration.
  • A minimum commission threshold (e.g., ₹500) may be required for payout. Lower amounts may be carried forward to the next cycle.
  • TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applicable as per government rules.

4. Reseller Responsibilities

  • Promote KanthaStitch products honestly, using official images and accurate product descriptions.
  • Do not mislead customers regarding pricing, materials, or quality.
  • Ensure that buyers place their orders through kanthastitch.in and apply your reseller code at checkout.
  • Maintain regular communication with the KanthaStitch team if required.
  • Sharing of the product photos with details available in the website is compulsory with your whats app, facebook or instagram group.

5. Prohibited Activities

Resellers must not:

  • Engage in deceptive, unethical, or aggressive marketing.
  • Upload or distribute altered or misleading product images.
  • Post the reseller code on third-party coupon websites without permission.
  • Use fake accounts or self-purchase using your own code to generate commission.

Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of reseller privileges and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

  • All personal documents and banking details will be handled with strict confidentiality, used solely for verification and commission payouts.
  • Your reseller code, commission structure, and any communication with KanthaStitch are to be treated as confidential and must not be disclosed publicly.

7. Intellectual Property

All product images, brand names, and content remain the exclusive intellectual property of KanthaStitch. You are authorized to use them only for promoting KanthaStitch products of https://kanthastitch.in.

8. Termination of Reseller Status

KanthaStitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate any reseller account without prior notice in the event of:

  • Policy violation
  • Misuse of privileges
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Inactivity for a prolonged period

Unpaid commissions in such cases may be withheld.

9. Modification of Terms

These terms may be revised or updated by KanthaStitch at any time. All resellers will be notified via email or platform notification in case of major changes.
